 Here at The Yoga Cottage I teach a style of yoga that combines fitness moves with traditional yoga postures linked together in a flowing format like Vinyasa yoga. This style is more user friendly without the use of Sanskrit names of postures and limited meditation and chanting.

I am trained by YogaFit Canada, and this style is designed to improve health, performance and mental acuity.

Based on yoga traditions it blends strength, balance and flexibility in a fitness format. This style overcomes the mystery of yoga by delivering a practical, user friendly practice, that is accessible, understandable and can be done by anyone at any level of physical activity. It also reduces the risk of injury and increases recovery for ailments including stress, lower back pain and tension.
